"They should beat us" - Riley Gaines backs Carli Lloyd after the latter confirms losing to U-15 boys

Riley Gaines supported former USA female footballer Carli Lloyd after she admitted losing to a U-15 boys' squad.

Two-time FIFA Player of the Year Lloyd played midfielder and forward for USA Women's National Team. She won gold at the 2008 Beijing and 2012 London Olympics and bronze at the 2020 Tokyo Olympics.

Lloyd acknowledged that the USA Women's team fell 5-2 to FC Dallas U-15 boys in a 2017 practice match. She said they lost to the males because they're stronger and faster.

They were good. We also lost to a youth Bayern Munich team throughout my career, but we won Olympics and World Cups. So….."
