ICED CHAMOMILE TEA WITH LEMON

Brew chamomile tea bags in hot water for 5-7 minutes.

Remove tea bags and let the tea cool to room temperature.

Add freshly squeezed lemon juice to the tea.

Stir in honey or agave syrup for sweetness (optional).
