Golden State opened the 2023-24 season strong by winning five of its first six games, but it has gone 1-5 since, a stretch that includes four straight losses.
Curry is averaging 30.7 points through 11 games. Not only has he been Golden State's leading scorer in each game so far, but he's one of only three players on the team to crack 20 points in a game this season.
The Warriors originally listed Curry as questionable for Tuesday's matchup with the Timberwolves with right knee soreness. He was later ruled out.
The Warriors have ruled Curry out against the Thunder on Thursday and said that he will be re-evaluated later in the week.
After Tuesday's loss to the Timberwolves, head coach Steve Kerr said there was "good news" on Curry's MRI. As reported by The Athletic's Anthony Slater, Curry will be "day-to-day" and "it won't be a long absence."
The Warriors are three games into a five-game homestand. Their next road game is on Nov. 22 when they travel to Phoenix to face the Suns.
