Former NFL wide receiver and special teamer Devon Wylie has sadly passed away at the age of 35, according to Pro Football Talk
Wylie was born and raised in the Sacramento area and played at Granite Bay High School before attending Fresno State.”
During his rookie season with the Chiefs, Wylie caught six passes for 53 yards. Additionally, he returned punts and kickoffs for Kansas City.
His career featured stops with the Arizona Cardinals, Pittsburgh Steelers, Seattle Seahawks, San Francisco 49ers, Los Angeles Rams, Las Vegas Raiders and Atlanta Falcons.
He also played with the Toronto Argonauts of the Canadian Football League from 2016-2017.
