Tristan Thompson has finally repented for his years-old cheating scandal. In a recent episode of The Kardashians, the 32-year-old NBA player and reality star said he will have “long overdue” chats with Khloé Kardashian's family about his infidelity.
He said he had spoken with his ex's mother Kris Jenner, sister Kim Kardashian, and brother Rob Kardashian, but he wanted to talk to other family members who may not have been ready to talk.
The dad met with Khloé's older sister Kourtney Kardashian Barker and younger siblings Kendall and Kylie Jenner.
After his encounter with Kourtney was posted online, Kardashians followers responded to Tristan's comments on Reddit. Two users commented on his cheating explanation: "I'm still weak that he mentioned this in PRESENT TENSE not past," and "Lmao. I concurred."
They continued: "If you changed or wanted to improve, wouldn't you say "when I cheated" or "everytime I cheated on Khloe..." This man expressed it in the present tense like he's doing it and will continue."
Another noteworthy moment in the show was Tristan sitting next to Khloé's younger sister Kylie and regretting how his past transgressions had affected an important relationship in her life.
The program also featured Tristan and his ex Khloé, 39, discussing his past mistakes and lessons learnt. Everyone goes through growing up. The sportsman said treatment taught him you can't live with regrets.
